Nature of Services
MyDharmaID is a digital-only platform that connects devotees with temples, facilitating darshan bookings, donation transactions, seva services, and spiritual identity management. No physical goods are sold, shipped, or delivered through the platform.
All services provided through MyDharmaID are delivered electronically via the platform, email, and SMS notifications. This policy exists to provide clarity on how our digital services and documents are delivered to you.
100% Digital Delivery
All confirmations, receipts, certificates, and notifications are delivered electronically. No courier or postal delivery is involved.
Booking Confirmations
Darshan Bookings
Upon successful payment, you will receive an instant digital confirmation via in-app notification and email. This includes a QR code and booking reference number that serves as your entry pass at the temple.
Seva & Puja Bookings
Seva and puja booking confirmations are delivered via email and in-app notification within 5 minutes of successful payment. The confirmation includes seva details, date, temple name, and your reference number.
SMS Notifications
A confirmation SMS is sent to your registered mobile number for all bookings. SMS delivery depends on your mobile network provider. Email is our primary delivery method.
Donation Receipts & Tax Certificates
Donation Receipts
A digital donation receipt is generated on behalf of the temple and delivered instantly via email upon successful completion of the transaction. Receipts include the donation amount, date, temple name, and transaction reference.
80G Tax Certificates
For donations to temples registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, a digital 80G certificate is generated and delivered within 7 business days of the donation. This is subject to the temple providing valid 80G registration details.
10BD / 10BE Certificates
Form 10BD and 10BE certificates are generated as per Income Tax Act timelines and delivered digitally to your registered email address.
Accessing Your Documents
All receipts and certificates are accessible in your MyDharmaID account dashboard under Transaction History. PDF downloads are available for all documents.

The platform is available 24/7. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance via email and in-app notifications.
Delivery Failures & Support
If you do not receive a confirmation or receipt after a successful payment:
Check spam/junk folder: Confirmation emails may occasionally be filtered by your email provider.
Verify your email address: Ensure the email address on your account is correct and up to date.
Re-send from dashboard: You can re-send any confirmation or receipt from your account's Transaction History.
SMS delivery: SMS delivery depends on your mobile network. If SMS is not received, rely on the email confirmation.
If you continue to experience issues, contact our support team and we will re-send your confirmation or receipt manually.
