These Terms of Service govern your use of the MyDharmaID platform. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyDharmaID, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Account Registration

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

One Account Per Individual

One account per individual; duplicate accounts may be merged or removed.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for fraudulent donations or transactions.

Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any temple.

Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data.

Upload malicious content or interfere with platform operations.

Temple & Institutional Accounts

Authorized Representatives

Temple and institutional accounts must be created by authorized representatives. By registering a temple, you confirm you have the authority to act on behalf of that institution.

Misrepresentation

Misrepresentation of institutional affiliation may result in immediate account termination.

Donations & Payments

Payment Processing

All payments facilitated through the MyDharmaID platform are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment partner. MyDharmaID facilitates the transaction but does not directly handle or store payment card data. All donation amounts are transferred directly to the respective temple's or trust's designated bank account. The following payment methods are supported:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other UPI apps)
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • Net banking (all major Indian banks)
  • Mobile wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, and others)

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only. Card transactions are authenticated using 3D Secure (3DS) as mandated by RBI guidelines.

Transaction Terms

Payments are considered final upon successful processing and confirmation. If money is debited from your account but the booking or donation is not confirmed due to a technical error, the amount will be auto-refunded within 5–10 business days.

Transaction limits may apply as per RBI guidelines or payment gateway restrictions. In the event of a duplicate or erroneous transaction, contact our support team immediately at mydharmaid@3ionetra.com for a reversal.

Platform Fees & Service Charges

A convenience or service fee may apply to certain bookings and is clearly displayed before you confirm payment. All applicable fees are shown inclusive of GST where applicable. You will always see the total amount (including any fees) before authorizing a transaction.

Tax Receipts

Tax receipts (80G, 10BD, 10BE) are generated based on information provided by the receiving temple. These are delivered digitally to your registered email address and are accessible from your account dashboard.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the type of transaction — darshan bookings, seva bookings, and donations each have specific refund terms. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact MyDharmaID support before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. If a chargeback is filed, MyDharmaID reserves the right to provide transaction evidence to the payment provider. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The MyDharmaID name, logo, and platform design are the property of 3ioNetra Faith & Technology Services PVT LTD.

Your Content

User-generated content (such as profile information and preferences) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to use this content solely to provide the platform services.

Disclaimers

As-Is Provision

The platform is provided "as is" during the early access and beta period.

Product Illustrations

Product illustrations and mockups on the website represent planned features and may not reflect the final product.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of third-party information displayed on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Indirect Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3ioNetra Faith & Technology Services PVT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Total Liability Cap

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, where the registered office is located.
