DMS · Features

DMS features: the property document locker, land records, taxes, rentals and court cases

Nine parts of one property workspace for temples, maths (monastic institutions) and religious trusts. Everything on this page is live.

In short

DMS gives each property one record — survey number, location, acquisition and donor, valuation, local authorities and caretaker — and hangs everything else off it: a property document locker with 20 seeded document types, property tax by financial year, leases and a rent ledger, linked court cases, and reminders sent in stages by email and WhatsApp. Reports filter by state, district and village and export to CSV.

Modules

DMS, module by module

What is a property document locker?

A property document locker is a secure store for the papers that prove ownership and status of a property — deeds, RTC/Pahani, Khata, Encumbrance Certificates and the like. In DMS each document is filed against its property with an expiry date, can be previewed in the browser, and can be downloaded only by people with that permission.

Can we link documents already kept in Google Drive?

Yes. A document record can hold a Google Drive link instead of an uploaded file, so you can start with what you already have.

Does DMS compare guideline value with market value?

Yes. Each property records the government guideline value and the market value, and the valuation report shows both with the variance.

What happens to reminders when a date changes?

Changing an expiry or due date re-arms the reminder, so the staged alerts — lead time, 7 days before, on the day, overdue — run again from the new date.

Can DMS reports be exported?

Yes. All 12 report types export to CSV, after filtering by property, type, status, year, state, district or village.
